PE specializes in the application of optical instruments and techniques for the measurement of rotating machinery and their embedded components.

For example, we have developed custom tooling to allow the accurate measurement of:

• Rotor Rim to Spider Eccentricity,
• Concentricity of Generator Stators with Respect to their Prime Movers,
• Bearing and Bore Alignment, and
• Machinery Thermal Growth and Distortion.

To perform these measurements, we provide a complete suite of field transportable instruments.
